Named after Hawaii's state fish, Humuhumunukunukuapua'a is affectionately dubbed HumuHumu. The Hawaiian thatched roof restaurant continues to impress guests with Chef Mike Lofaro's signature Modern Hawaii Seasonal cuisine. 

The restaurant's decor emulates a traditional Hawaiian hale replete with native ohia hardwood posts and rafters, lauhala woven ceiling panels and thatched roof, an ode to Hawaiian traditions of ocean voyaging and wayfinding. The open-air dining room allows guests to soak up the resort's tropical ambiance while the central circular bar provides a social setting and lounge for evening drinks amid views of Maui's brilliant sunsets.
